Hotel Reviews

Fantastic location made better by the on site spa. Great food and drinks, even has a wooded area you can walk around. Very nice. Not far to local villages ie Castleton, Whaley Bridge. Interesting history of the hall itself.

Beautiful place to stay and relax. I got this on an offer from booking.com and was well worth the money for three nights stay. Room was pleasant and lovely and warm. Close to Hand Forth and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay.

Location is lovely and the room was modern and clean looks like it has been upgraded quite recently. The staff are really pleasant and friendly working in difficult circumstances.I would recommend this hotel

The hotel receptionist was very helpful and friendly as were the staff in the restaurant. The location is beautiful and the breakfast very good. I will definitely stay again.

Deluxe room lived up to expectations, large very comfy bed with a quality headboard. A good sized well equipped room, decent WiFi speeds, smart TV, coffee/tea making facilities. High spec bathroom, power shower, fountain plus hand shower. Superb grounds, great for dog walks – our friends bought their border collie. Meals in the bar were just the job. There were two weddings and 65th birthday party on during our stay, plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the venue.

It was a lovely stay, food in restaurant for the evening meal was lovely and breakfast was well stocked. The rooms where clean as was the hotel and grounds.
