Lovely break from homeLikedThe breakfast was dreadful. Needs different chef.Though we both felt so much pain for the refugees who were staying in the hotel, we had paid for the breakfast and if you weren’t down before them the choice was limited as they were taking fruit etc even hot food in containers . Had we known we would not have booked the breakfast as all we were having were2 pieces of toast. The room was spotless.

Pleasant tripLikedIt was an average hotel. Pleasant. It was heart warming to see the hotel housing Afghan refugees. It was a humbling experience.
DislikedUnfortunately there was a baby swimming class the morning we wanted to use the pool The hotel could have had better signage and communication about these sorts of things. Reception area quite small. Breakfast didn’t cater well for vegans as no non dairy milk. You would expect that a hotel like Novotel could accommondate this.
